Project Description
These 2 x 2 storey town houses are built on a small lot , with a modern design fascade which kept it fresh . The use of timber frame construction on the first floor and walls maximises the floor space, and give us larger rooms
We use different materials in the construction, such as Mini orb, hardies weather board and rendered brickwork to create an interesting and modern elevation that wouldn’t date.
Skillion roof design which is also part of the ceiling to the bedrooms wing ,opens up the room and takes the ceiling up to 3000mm high. Waterfall island bench top in the kitchen creates a great entertaining area leading to the alfresco area outdoors
